Meet James.
He is two years old, and he is lucky enough that his grandfather, architect Steven Erhlich, stumbled across an abandoned Rudolph Schindler home in Inglewood, California. Ehrlich purchased the home out of probate with the intent to renovate it for his daughter and her family, and then spent two years “channeling Schindler”.
