Even if you unfolded the diaper, then laid the baby down to clean it up, you then risk the old diaper leaking into the new one, and you still have to lift baby's legs to get the old diaper out. Not really convenient and doesn't save any time does it? Plus it costs as much as some of the less expensive changing tables you stand up to.
