Looks to me like it’s made to be deep enough for a toddler to sit upright in, just like they would sit in a wagon, but higher – closer to the parent.

I love this stroller!!! It is beautiful and I too think that with an added toddler seat it would be perfect. Can’t wait to see it on the market.
