What designers read to their children?

in Children's Books

New media designer, author, and speaker Cameron Moll recently wrote about his favorite new children’s book – "Of the dozens and dozens of children’s books we’ve bought over the years, none have been purchased solely with a selfish desire to call one my own. Until today, that is."

That book is "John, Paul, George & Ben" by Lane Smith.  Judging by the screenshots that Moll has posted, he makes a compelling case based on the mix of illustrations, layout, graphics, and of course, story.  I especially love the wide range of facial expressions and emotion in the illustrations, and the varying sizes of type that support the story and characters.  What favorite books do you love?
