Nursery Design: At Home with Nurseryworks

by Robert on March 8, 2007

In case you think that a "modern" nursery may not work in your home because you don't live in a modern home, then think again. Nurseryworks co-founder, Kaye Popofsky Kramer, shows how she successfully created a contemporary-designed baby nursery for her twins in her Mediterranean-style home.  Using the white walls and muted pastel carpet to drop the room's more traditional architecture into the background, Popofsky Kramer introduces her bold surprises with green accents, zebra fabric, and a deep orange ceiling.  Popofsky Kramer says she chose vibrant whimsical colors to inspire her kids. Experiment with your own bold strokes to create a modern nursery in your not-so-modern home.
