Etch-a-Sketch Goes Digital...
January 24, 2008

Yes, for those of you with kids hooked on video games, now you can get Etch-a-Sketch, a classic childhood toy, in digital format. The controller has two knobs, and you can even shake it to clear the screen. But, I don't get the reason for this - what's next - a digital Lite-Brite? [via BoingBoing]

Unfortunately there is a digital Lite Brite too! It's called the Lite-Brite FX Flash Art and it plays music and spins like a strobe light. You can see it on the Hasbro site. It's sad that they're modernizing these toys. I think that the basic versions will help kids be more creative.Posted by: Tiffany | February 4, 2008 9:21 AM
